A Marketing Arm of CIFPI

Training and Development Specialist


  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource Development Management or equivalent

  • Background in training for sales and in operations is an advantage

  • Ability to speak in public

  • Must have good written and oral communication skills

  • Able to conceptualized new training modules based on the company needs

  • At least 2-3 years relevant working experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assess the training needs and recommends training programs for management approval

  • Prepare training, including manuals, handbooks, exams, survey etc.

  • Designs, conducts and evaluates targeted learning and development programs.

  • Handles training plan and functions in designing the execution of the training and talent capability strategy of the organization

  • Facilitates training of employees on their particular job assignments

  • Ensures all the necessary and standard reports are consolidated, analyzed and submitted on time

  • Reviews and updates relevant policies, processes and procedures related to functional and technical requirements

  • Deploy a wide variety of training methods

  • Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussion with managers

  • Monitoring of training effectiveness and accomplishes post training requirements

  • Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Necessary Reports:

  • Training needs analysis

  • Manuals, handbooks, exams and other materials needed for the training

  • Training effectiveness analysis

Accounting Staff - Bookeeper


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking, Business Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent.

  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

  • Knowledgeable in preparation of monthly sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable & reconciliation.

  • Bookkeeping & Accounting experience is an advantage

  • Required skill (s): Proficient in MS Office applications

  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

  • Applicants must be willing to work in PASAY.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily entry of financial transactions in database

  • Prepares consolidated internal and external financial statements

  • Analyzes information by developing spreadsheet reports, verifying information

  • Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files, reconciling accounts

  • Records expenses and monitors cost-to-control

  • Issue debit and credit memo

  • Research, track and resolve accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Aptitude for numbers, general math skills

  • Well Organized
