Training and Development Specialist
Candidates must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource Development Management or equivalent
Background in training for sales and in operations is an advantage
Ability to speak in public
Must have good written and oral communication skills
Able to conceptualized new training modules based on the company needs
At least 2-3 years relevant working experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assess the training needs and recommends training programs for management approval
Prepare training, including manuals, handbooks, exams, survey etc.
Designs, conducts and evaluates targeted learning and development programs.
Handles training plan and functions in designing the execution of the training and talent capability strategy of the organization
Facilitates training of employees on their particular job assignments
Ensures all the necessary and standard reports are consolidated, analyzed and submitted on time
Reviews and updates relevant policies, processes and procedures related to functional and technical requirements
Deploy a wide variety of training methods
Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussion with managers
Monitoring of training effectiveness and accomplishes post training requirements
Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Accounting Staff - Bookeeper
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking, Business Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Knowledgeable in preparation of monthly sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable & reconciliation.
Bookkeeping & Accounting experience is an advantage
Required skill (s): Proficient in MS Office applications
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Prepares consolidated internal and external financial statements
Analyzes information by developing spreadsheet reports, verifying information
Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files, reconciling accounts
Records expenses and monitors cost-to-control
Issue debit and credit memo
Research, track and resolve accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
Accuracy and attention to detail
Aptitude for numbers, general math skills
